The Global Proposal Management team manages all aspects of proposal development and effectively works across the organization to obtain information and content needed to deliver a compelling and compliant proposal. The team is responsible for ensuring that our clients and prospects receive proposals that are: compliant, on time, high quality, compelling, visually stunning, and strategic. We are responsible for submitting all RFI, RFP, etc., responses around the globe. We are part of a close-knit team of peers and teammates who support, help, and learn from each other.
Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes. The Proposal Manager will coordinate and produce the proposal response while assembling a proposal team with the relevant service/product/business knowledge required to win. The position is a highly networked role that requires working under pressure and challenging deadlines.
