Blackboard Learn is a product that allows learners and instructors to access online educational experiences wherever and whenever they want through web and mobile devices. Blackboard Learn technology helps instructors breathe life into educational content, brings efficiency to day-to-day tasks, and empowers instructors with tools to engage and assess every learner. We help motivate learners by promoting collaboration, communication, and connections with their peers and instructors.
As Ultra Adoption Program Director, you will be responsible for the design, refinement, and coordinated execution of an adoption program built to accelerate the transition of our clients to our newest experience of Learn, called Ultra. You will indirectly manage a cross-functional team with talent from Global Client Experience and Education Services. You will work across teams (including Product Management, Product Support, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to ensure a well-orchestrated program that reaches thousands of clients around the world to drive their successful adoption of Ultra.
On a periodic basis, the Ultra Adoption Program Director will report out progress to executive leadership and the Anthology board. The successful candidate must be comfortable with situational communication with a wide array of personae, including client instructional, support, and leadership/executive roles to Anthology staff and their leaders to company executives and beyond.
The successful candidate must possess the skills needed to develop, communicate, and support the program that will make clients successful on their journey to Ultra. A successful candidate will be familiar with institutional change management, and have an ability to define and articulate new service and product requirements based on market intelligence and research, client and internal feedback, and one’s own understanding of the space.
