Anthology’s K-12 Community Engagement Consulting team consults with clients about the effective implementation of our platforms to support community engagement, ensuring successful adoption of the platforms and maximizing the returns on the clients’ investment. The Consulting Team also provides clients with related consulting and training services for our website and communications platforms.

As Implementation and Training Consultant, you will help us shape the community engagement experience in the United States. Your specific responsibilities will include: 

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as an expert in K-12 Web Community Manager, Mass Notifications and Mobile Communication App, including their functionality, and deployment methodologies
  • Coordinating with K-12 Professional Services resources to ensure on-time delivery of implementation engagements
  • Creating engaging learning content for a variety of formats: videos, webinars, guides, presentations, others
  • Delivering ongoing high quality in-person and live virtual implementation and training sessions
  • Through communities of practice, working with other team members to improve processes/methodologies to ensure maximum client satisfaction and project profitability
  • Performing other duties as required
  • This role requires 25-50% travel

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience OR Associates Degree and 4-6+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience includes training/teaching, adult education, implementation, or designing and developing educational resources
  • Professional fluency (verbal and written) in English required. Additional verbal and written fluency in Spanish a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet/web-based platforms, and mobile technology
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent work ethic and drive, great interpersonal skills, team oriented, and demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies as needed
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of multi-disciplinary team
  • Commitment to quality and a willingness to take responsibility for quality outcomes
  • Communicates honestly, openly, and consistently
  • Well prepared and organized with flexibility to manage multiple tasks and clients in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to evaluate information quickly, apply practical judgement and common sense
