The Integration Program Manager will lead integrated teams (may include contractors and partners) to achieve improvements in key program areas across the company. The position will report into the Integration Management Office, helping to drive operational alignment and improvements across the organization.

 

 

The Integration Program Manager must be well versed in project management in various environments.  He/she must be able to initiate and drive activity with often minimal guidance or oversight.  Additionally, candidates should possess strong knowledge of general business operations.  As this person will routinely work with team members across the company including executive management, steering committees and governance boards, excellent communication and facilitation skills are also required.



Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying needs, prioritization, organize and drive plans to assist in the integration or re-alignment of parts of the organization.
  • Leading integration teams through project plan development, execution and reporting
  • Assist in the development and execution of transition services agreements to support activities related to mergers, acquisition and divestitures
  • Develop actionable plans and processes to aid in the organization and execution of transition services agreements, working with internal and external parties in the management of critical processes, documents, and programs through their full lifecycle including planning, control, scheduling, and financial and performance monitoring
  • Managing inter- and cross-program dependencies and conflicts
  • Developing metrics to monitor and measure performance
  • Assisting in M&A diligence efforts
  • Facilitating team meetings, working groups, governance teams, and other meetings with key stakeholders
  • Applying best practices for operational excellence across all programs and initiatives

 


The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years project management experience – PMP certification a plus
  • Proven experience managing large-scale system implementation, transformation initiatives, integrations and/or other programs
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Short and long term planning abilities
  • Facilitation and effective meeting management
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Ability to facilitate presentations at an executive level
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and build partnerships with leaders across the organization
  • Structured, analytical thinker with the ability to translate business priorities and needs into plans, tactics and deliverables that can be implemented
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments with a demonstrated track record of building strong, collaborative relationships and influencing “partners” across a diverse range of functions and geographies to achieve results
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and delegate

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of collaboration and communication tools, experience with Smartsheet
