We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Software Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will use your talent to take our products to a new level and impact lives of millions of students and faculty members worldwide. You will work on building and enhancing the product on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform including marketing and sales applications. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for building high performing, maintainable software along with strong communication and leadership skills.

 

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business requirements into innovative software solutions utilizing the Dynamics 365 Platform
  • Developing Model driven apps, Dynamics plugins, custom actions, custom components, workflows, Business rules, etc.
  • Performing integrations with external systems using Power automate flow, azure functions, and 3rd party connectors
  • Assisting and mentoring other developers with both technical and non-technical skills
  • Performing code reviews
  • Collaborating with internal product teams to understand requirements and design POC
  • Collaborating with external vendors and partners, ensuring project quality and delivery
  • Writing technical documentation for operational support
  • Troubleshooting production issues and supporting Professional Services and Customer Support teams

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • 3+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Marketing experience
  • Expertise developing Dynamics plugins, custom actions, workflow activities using C#
  • Experience developing custom components/web resources using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • 5+ years C#/.NET, Aps.Net MVC software development experience
  • Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using difference technologies like Power Automate, Azure functions, Dynamics SDK and REST API
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an agile development environment

 


Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant years of work experience
  • Experience working in software development on education-related products or services
  • Experience working on any self-service portal like Microsoft Dynamics Portal, or any other 3rd party portal
