Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a catalyst to help teams transform and continuously adapt to deliver good quality products
  • Championing and continuously improving the standards, processes, and practices within the Product Development department
  • Owning and being accountable for deliverables of the team from the quality as well as completeness perspectives
  • Conducting and participating in knowledge sharing sessions
  • Being accountable for high-quality deliverables adhering to acceptance criteria and release timelines
  • Being accountable for action items for process and system improvement

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • BE/BTech/MCA
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in product development and business decision-making
  • Managed more than 1 scrum teams simultaneously
  • Fair knowledge on transition of products or process from US
  • Experience with .NET Framework, Web services XML/JSON, React/AngularJS, C++/COM/DCOM, SQL, Cloud/PaaS, App Orchestration and Automation Testing, Test Design, Azure DevOps
  • Excellent project management skills, 
  • Experience managing stakeholders 
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written), strong team player & interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented, takes accountability & self-motivated
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to analyze data to arrive at action points
