Anthology’s Information Security Program leads the organizational strategy for managing governance, risk management, and compliance with industry and government regulations. The GRC team is a core part of Anthology, providing it substantial opportunities to influence the overall corporate mission.

As Associate Security Engineer, you are part of the Information security team and will report to the Senior Director of Information Security – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).  You will assist in the review and evaluation of Anthology’s operations, assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of all internal management controls.

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

• Experience with or participation in auditing security-related policies or procedures
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to manage continuous compliance monitoring
• Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS, etc.)
• Effective project management skills
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries

Preferred skills/qualifications:

• Experience working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Service Now)
• Experience documenting security-related policies or procedures
• Ability to pick up on new technologies and skills quickly
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies
