This is an entry level position for a new Contracts Manager or someone looking to become a Contracts Manager. As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and negotiating software license and service agreements in support of a global sales organization and ensuring compliance of legal terms and conditions by customers. This includes regularly working across internal corporate functions with sales personnel, technical and product personnel, and central corporate functions on contract matters and on drafting and negotiating contracts.
