As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with the Compensation Director to support the company’s compensation function. You will partner with client groups in executing compensation plans and developing new HR analytics solutions to successfully meet both division-level and corporate goals. You will develop and administer policies and procedures to ensure that our compensation programs support business objectives, are fair and competitive, and are legally compliant. You will assist in managing our global salary administration program which includes administering our annual merit increase program, promotional increases, and market adjustments. Additionally, in collaboration with HRIS, you will build the HR department’s analytics function, supporting workforce planning, total rewards, and recruiting analysis.

 

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Leading participation in competitive compensation surveys
  • Managing our survey data and submissions via online tools
  • Conducting competitive pay analyses
  • Conducting job evaluations, job mapping projects as a result of integrations and re-organizations; may assist on leveling projects in partnership with HRBPs and Managers
  • Participating in merit and bonus programs
  • Providing high-quality consultative support to HR Business Partners and line managers

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two to five years of experience in Human Resources relating to compensation
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation principles and practices
  • Comprehensive quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Considerable experience with short-term and long-term planning
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle or Workday
  • Experience with compensation surveys and tools
  • Prior experience working in a global company
  • World at Work CCP and/or other certifications
