The Technical Account Consultant provides escalated support for Anthology’s
products. Technical Account Consultants (TACs) are assigned specific customer account(s) to provide consulting and guidance, provide solutions while escalating priority issues, and serve as technical liaison across Anthology departments. More than a technical point of contact, a CMC TAC is a personal advocate working on clients’ behalf to help with issues as they arise as well as escalating and driving the resolution of incidents that do occur. Focus on partnering with customers by maintaining a relationship and clearly understanding their technical challenges and providing ad-hoc troubleshooting & solutions. This includes, preparing weekly status reports, managing daily calls and meetings, and disseminating information internally to the Anthology management and stakeholders. The TAC must demonstrate analytical troubleshooting skills and be proactive, self-starting, professional, quality-focused, and committed to being highly engaged with clients. Working under the advisement of Technical Account Managers, TACs continue to support and maintain effective policies and procedures to ensure a stable workflow environment.
