Anthology’s Student Success organization supports Higher Education institutions to improve their student acquisition and retention functions. We do this through a broad set of capabilities that improve student engagement, student satisfaction, and outcomes. Our platform and solutions give institutions an efficient, financially sustainable way to deliver services through the enrollment and learning process. Our goal is to build a better educational experience for everyone by extending institutional resources to meet the growing demands of learners.
This position reports to the Product Management Director, and will be the primary interface between Product Management, Sales, Business Development, and the Student Success business unit. The candidate will understand the competitive landscape, and how the Student Success Enrollment services fit within the market. This role will generate new leads, create sales tools and collateral, perform product demonstrations, and otherwise drive and support the sales process for the assigned set of solutions.
This role will be measured on activity and closed sales related to current and prospective client conversations, generating new leads through outbound calls for events and client segmentation lists. Expectations also include the ability to explain, demonstrate, and prove the value of Student Success solutions. We listen and engage to understand our clients’ educational strategies and key initiatives so that we can identify critical capabilities where our solutions can deliver value. The person in this role will routinely exercise independent judgement and discretion with respect to matters of significance to the company.
