The Anthology Student Success Marketing & Enrollment Team is focused on providing media, advertising, and retention services to clients in higher education across the United States. As a Creative Assistant on this team, you will support the design and copywriting teams to execute creative projects and produce collateral for media services, webpages, and email marketing.

 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to creative brainstorms that develop individualized concepts and themes for client marketing initiatives
  • Leading the hands-on production of creative materials such as social media ads, webpage designs, and written communication
  • Managing multiple client projects with varying degrees of deliverables and brand guidelines
  • Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, high-quality images and copy, and adherence to best practices in digital spaces such as social media feeds, google search results, and webpages (both desktop and mobile)
  • Supporting the creative, media, and account management teams for productive and organized interpersonal communication

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communication, or related business field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills
  • Solid business understanding – or ability and willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
  • Intermediate proficiency of Adobe software (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) or ability and willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong commitment to brand guidelines with a solid understanding of color values, typography, image resolution, and hierarchy

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Background in content/knowledge management, digital asset management, as well as with education related technologies
  • Prior experience creating graphics for digital platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML and/or CSS or the willingness to learn the basics
