The Anthology Marketing and Enrollment Team is focused on supporting universities with growing the enrollment and improving the retention of their students. We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to support the work that our team does to implement digital marketing and enrollment services on behalf of our partners. In this role, you will represent the needs, objectives, and goals of Anthology’s Higher Education clients specific to Marketing and Enrollment Management. Working collaboratively with marketing, research, enrollment management and media subject matter experts on the team, you will lead the development and implementation of account strategy for our partner institutions.

 

As Senior Client Success Manager, you will serve as a main point of contact for Anthology’s Marketing & Enrollment Services clients. In this capacity, you will accurately set expectations, map priorities and processes, manage commitments, and effectively communicate the scope of work to ensure all services are delivered within contracted allocations. You will help to ensure renewals, drive efficient execution of the scope of work, and oversee strong marketing and enrollment performance toward client goals.

 

A successful candidate will have a passion for excellent client service and bring experience working in fields related to marketing and/or enrollment management such as agency account management, digital marketing, lead generation or admissions. You are an integrator and a leader, as this role works cross-functionally internally with multiple teams to ensure that all levels of account performance are being achieved.

 

 

Primary responsibilities will include:  

  • Managing relationships with the client that will range from VPs of Enrollment, Provosts, Deans, and senior leaders at institutions
  • Managing client renewals and expansions by ensuring service delivery, quality of services, and proactively identifying and managing risk in the account 
  • Implementing centralized account management methodologies, such as relationship mapping and account renewal planning 
  • Being a strategic partner for clients and supporting them with their efforts to improve their student acquisition and retention 
  • Projecting a favorable image of the company to promote its objectives and goals and enhance client relationships  
  • Implementing action-oriented project planning with oversight of high-level project plans to ensure all parties internally and externally are achieving their objectives and the project timelines to achieve expectations 
  • Executing against the plan and/or leading the necessary resources to reach desired results 
  • Participating in proactive and impactful client communication planning 
  • Partnering with Operations Center Leadership to ensure advisors are knowledgeable and delivering quality service in line with client expectations

  • Building strong cross-functional relationships with members of the Anthology team  
  • This role requires approximately 15% travel (to offices and client sites to support onsite customer engagement and service management needs)  

 

 

The Candidate: 

Required skills/qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
  • At least 5 years of marketing or enrollment experience working in related areas such as admissions, enrollment management, advertising or creative agency account management, digital marketing, and/or lead generation
  • Understanding of marketing strategy, digital media, lead generation, and lead nurture and/or the higher education enrollment funnel
  • Proven experience developing strong client relationships with the executive levels of an organization 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent executive presence, customer service, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to create and analyze reports showcasing performance KPIs using Excel or PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills  
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Independent worker with strong prioritization, project management, and coordination skills
  • Ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to consistently perform under the pressure of deadlines and other administrative demands
  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented, collaborative, flexible environment
