We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance, HR, and Payroll Senior Developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance solutions on the Microsoft technology. The Senior Developer is responsible for providing technical analysis, design, and development of D365FO extensions and SSRS reports; and for providing technical consulting on D365FO integration framework through Data management entities, power platform components, data migration best practices. The Senior Developer is also responsible for the configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance add-ons, as well as for technical training and assisting our customers with integrating with external systems. Apart from development, the Senior Developer may also get involved with providing technical support, troubleshooting, performance optimizations, code modifications, and post go-live enhancements. This role will provide technical and infrastructure know-how and manage client relationships within context of individual role.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Understanding Functional Design Documents; creating Technical Design Documents; presenting the technical and security aspects of the solution to the customers; developing and testing the X++ code, SSRS reports, integrations/data migrations with legacy systems, web services, and extensions; configuring workflows, debugging, and resolving any issues with the delivery
• Interacting closely with Integration Analyst/Architects to understand software requirements and design solutions
• Assisting Integration Architects with providing estimates for Integration Solutions
• Providing development support and assistance for customer escalations and issues, including off-hours
• Multi-tasking many projects effectively
• Owning quality and accountability of deliverables
• Prioritizing and scheduling assignments to meet team deadlines and goals
• Participating in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid development schedule

The Candidate: 

Required skills/qualifications: 

• Proficient with D365FO data model and Framework
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, CIS, or related
• Solid Object-Oriented programming skills
• Good understanding of all SDLC Phases
• 4+ years supporting new and existing customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365FO
• Experience in code extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365FO using .NET, X++ and including data migration effort
• Experience with extension methodologies for customizing Dynamics 365 including Data Entities
• Experience building and deploying Dynamics 365 deployable packages core Dynamics 365 Finance
• Experience configuring D365FO workflows and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Technical analysis and development experience in D365FO, including technical design solutioning and integrations
• Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Experience in performance tuning, code profiling, code review, and hands-on experience using Best Patterns and Practices
• Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns, B2B, EAI and EII integrations
• Comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources
• Ability to interact well with multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow up

Preferred skills/qualifications: 

• Dynamics 365FO Certifications 
• Knowledge of Student Information System and HR, Payroll, AP/AR, GL module
