Anthology’s Global Demand and Digital Marketing team tell the story of Anthology to the education community through multi-channel digital campaigns. The team partners across marketing and the entire organization to bring the Anthology message to our audience in the digital space. 

 

 

As a Marketing Automation Campaigns Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing complex multi-step campaigns using our marketing automation platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in the execution and analysis of campaigns at the global and regional level. Working closely with field marketing and other members of the demand center, you will manage the production and roll-out of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are deployed according to plan and on time.

 

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day alignment and coordination of campaign development between the Global Demand and Digital Marketing team and other members of Anthology’s Marketing organization such as Field Marketing, Client Engagement, and Global Events
  • Building and executing marketing campaigns using our marketing automation tool; production tasks will include but are not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and campaign logic
  • Working with field marketing to produce, test, and launch campaign, subject to approval
  • Working independently as well as with the campaign owners in the team to ensure project plans get executed including deadlines and SLA compliance, specs, assets, budget, vendor coordination, status updates, approvals, and final delivery
  • Ensuring all campaign collateral is delivered in line with brand guidelines
  • Tracking progress of campaigns once live and reporting on campaign impact
  • Optimizing and standardizing program implementation processes across the organization, contributing to the development of standard campaign build processes and best practices; collecting and sharing feedback on improvements to the campaign production process
  • Supporting manager in promoting and delivering training on new campaign developments
  • Becoming fluent in the marketplace dynamics, client segment needs, roles, personas, and helping develop and execute scalable marketing activities based on this client-centric and segmented approach

 

 

 The Candidate:

 Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of related marketing experience, preferably in an international environment and marketing agency experience
  • Demonstrated experience in building campaigns, using marketing automation tools, and executing projects of varying complexity
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage results while maintaining flexibility
  • Strong marketing and/or communications experience with the ability to plan and implement a strategic, integrated marketing approach
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and a can-do attitude
  • Self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems
  • Extensive knowledge of Marketing Automation tools, preferably Eloqua
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing, UTM tracking, goal conversion tracking, and email and landing page best practices, preferably including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications: 

  • Project Management certification
  • Knowledge of JavaScript coding
