The Anthology Channel Partner Team is responsible for growing and developing the Anthology partner ecosystem to drive value to customers and revenue contribution to the business.
The Global Channel Operations Manager is a key position within the Anthology Channel Program responsible for overall program administration, partner contracts, KPIs, metrics, reporting, budgeting/planning, and compensation. This function also acts as the team’s ambassador to other departments within Anthology including Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Field Sales. This position reports to the Vice President, Global Channels & Partners and will work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Training, and Finance.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Budgeting, Reporting & Forecasting
Planning, Contracts, KPIs & Partner Lifecycle Management
Operational Efficiency
This role requires approximately 10% travel.
