As a CC Product Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring business needs are documented and align with the task for new implementation or new service. You will configure internal and external workflow solutions for new client implementation and ensure client specifications are met at the implementation, gathering feedback and validating and cascading accordingly. You will contribute to self-organized team mentality and ownership of the sprint commitments. You will complete complex integration implementation for the Self-Help Portal (e.g. domain masking, SSO (CAS, SAML, Shibboleth)). 
 

 
Additionally, you will provide production support analysis and triage on support requests. You will create JIRA Bugs with detailed replication steps, impact analysis, and other related information. You will contribute to team continuous process improvements and provide administrative support for our products.

 

 
The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Experience with issue and task tracking tools and wikis (JIRA and Confluence) or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related engineering field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience supporting products in a technical role or in a technical position with similar requirements 

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in implementation
  • Experience with Agile Scrum
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience utilizing event logs for monitoring and troubleshooting

We have an office in one of the biggest cultural, economic, and educational centers in South India: Chennai.

  • Located on OMR, the IT corridor of South Chennai
