We are looking for a Shift Manager with natural leadership abilities to stand in for the Human Resources and General Operations Manager during night shift. The Shift Manager supervises staff and monitors the physical workspace and inventories to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the employees working in night shift. The Shift Manager will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking support and information. This person will work closely with Human Resource Business Partners on all issues including safety of employees working in night shift. The Shift Manager must have excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
Primary responsibilities will include:
