This role works in our Global Marketing organization and is responsible for creating and implementing effective program strategies that are aligned with the go-to-market goals and objectives for our products and services.
 

 

As a Marketing Specialist for Asia, you will be responsible for supporting demand generation marketing campaigns with a focus on executing field-ready programs, and then tracking and reporting on their results with the objective of generating pipeline for existing and new products and services. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific and will support the Anthology Marketing Plan for Asia to leverage messaging, influence the marketplace, capture customers and prospects, as well as generate, nurture, and convert pipeline for all solutions.

 

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to maintain a repeatable and sustainable field-ready demand generation process, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement in top-line and bottom-line growth for targeted solutions
  • Understanding and utilizing marketing automation tools with the guidance of internal stakeholders and agencies for marketing campaigns, programs, and reporting
  • Providing support in the development of marketing programs to manage pipeline opportunities in support of sales
  • Executing regional, cross-messaging campaigns that support sales and client retention with a channel and international mindset
  • Supporting online and face-to-face events (tradeshows, conferences, and roadshows) from planning to execution and reporting
  • Providing fresh and innovative ideas for market-specific digital marketing programs such as paid media, email nurture programs, social media and more
  • Helping adapt and localize campaigns, marketing materials, and other lead generation activities
  • Assisting in copywriting and developing content to create marketing assets
  • Promoting sales support and sales communications as part of ensuring the success of demand generation programs
  • Building a good rapport with the sales team and understanding their market needs
  • Working with regional channel partners to localize marketing campaigns and lead generation activities, helping to drive channel partner business

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent work experience
  • Project management, event planning, and campaign execution skills
  • Go-to-market plan execution capabilities
  • Creative thinker
  • Enthusiastic and ready to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Based in Manila

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Tech savvy
  • Multi-tasker and highly organized 
  • Experience managing and creating marketing automation campaigns, working with Salesforce, and working with telesales/telemarketing teams
  • Fluency in one other spoken and written Asian language
