As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities in multiple domains.  

 

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Business development and revenue generation: evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India
  • Expanding market penetration and growing the profits
  • Putting product/technical knowledge to commercial use and preparing estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy
  • Tracking activity and leads using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Customer management: driving high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business
  • Demonstrating high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction  
  • Benchmarking: owning data collection for regularly benchmarking product against source, data, and competitors
  • Industry compliance: owning assurance of compliance with all regulatory requirements of areas of regulated businesses for which you are responsible
  • Functional efficiency: taking accountability for completing projects (for which you are responsible) on time and conforming to the standards set

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Exposure to BFSI domain and solid B2B experience  
  • Ability to understand the functionality of the product from technology perspective
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Exceptional and clear communication of instructions and information down the line
  • Desire to help clients solve complex business problems
  • Ability to work with senior management to set strategic direction  
  • Demonstrated ability to define objectives and approaches for critical assignments
