As a Client Success Marketing Intern, you will support the planning and execution of various projects and initiatives focused on client recognition and creating raving fans of Anthology.

 

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting ongoing Awards Programs - organize winner information and collect stories, order awards, help with program communications and awards ceremony registration, and provide client support, among others
  • Assisting with our upcoming user conference activities (Anthology Together) – Events planning, asset creation, booth support, awards ceremony logistics, etc.
  • Other marketing responsibilities or projects as assigned

 

 

Learning & Development:

The internship will provide learning and development experience in the following areas:

  • Client Success marketing programs management and execution, content creation, and reporting
  • Development of client recognition initiatives and Awards Programs
  • Event planning

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree (at time of internship) in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with data and spreadsheets, proficiency in MS Excel
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and multi-task in a highly dynamic and cross-functional environment
  • A can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working with clients and colleagues in a multicultural, global environment

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Rising college junior or senior 
  • Background in events planning, award programs, content creation, and/or retention marketing
  • Familiarity with education-related technologies
  • Knowledge of Anthology solutions or Blackboard Learn 
  • Prior experience working in a professional setting

Starting rate is $20/hour depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
