Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that client expectations are addressed in a knowledgeable, professional, and timely manner
  • Providing Level III application support of Admissions Software including handling escalations from any Level I or Level II analysts
  • Specialized tracking of issues reported on Admissions CRM product and providing feedback to Development & Product Management teams

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the software industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field with related experience
  • Strong SQL, CRM and Windows background
  • Demonstrated sound troubleshooting skills
  • Detail oriented with good initiative
  • Ability to effectively work autonomously
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
