The Program Director is responsible for providing strategic and executive-level program and project management leadership for Anthology’s enterprise accounts. The Program Director is a critical role that must be able to lead complex projects that require working across both client(s) and Anthology’s organizations, in both functional and technical capacities. Program Directors must employ highly developed relationship management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills to build rapport across levels of the organization, developing a deep understanding of the client needs and acting strategically to build the partnership and recommend approaches and solutions to achieve client goals. Enterprise accounts are customarily identified by either revenue size, greater than $5M contract value, or strategic importance and complexity.
Anthology Professional Services Program Directors collaborate with and lead teams and stakeholders at all levels of the company and client organization to provide consistent, high-quality projects, programs, accounts, and change management services. They drive client value by blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects with the appropriate level of planning to provide the right balance of agility and predictability. The Program Director takes full accountability for the proper and consistent execution of all projects that are part of their project portfolio.
This is a leadership role that will allow this person to invest in different skills by practicing leadership skills such as active listening, coaching, mentoring, and influencing. This person will focus less on what they do as an individual and recognize it's more about what the team can do and how the team works together that matters, and with this attitude this person will learn how to build, mentor, and grow high performing teams.
