This individual will report to the VP of Global Channels and Strategic Partnerships and will be responsible for Student Information Systems (SIS) enablement and training for Anthology Channel Partners and their sub-agents. This will include building and delivering an enablement program and managing the ongoing relationship of the partners and their teams.

In this role, the individual will manage relationships with key stakeholders including product management, professional services, sales enablement, and proposal team leaders, as well as other stakeholders with a focus on developing and implementing SIS delivery enablement.

 

 

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our global SIS enablement programs, curriculum, and procedures; ensuring that all personnel have the required knowledge, content, skills, processes, and behaviors to enable Anthology to successfully implement our award-winning SIS in new locals around the globe.

 

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of our SIS channel enablement program
  • Working with other key stakeholders including our product teams, enablement teams, training teams and support teams to design an enablement program that drives success for our sales team, our partners, and our end customers
  • Managing the channel partner relationships from onboarding to performance outcomes to ensure successful customer implementations
  • Implementing a governance model for building a strong and successful relationship with our partners that ensures high levels of satisfaction for our end customers and enables them to achieve their goals with the implementation of our SIS
  • Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries for the channel enablement training needs and monitor skill levels across partners
  • Working with Product Marketing and Education services to continually evolve the enablement experience and keep channel partners up to date with the latest enhancements and advancements
  • This role requires approximately 30% travel including minimal international travel

 

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • 10 years combined experience in SIS delivery and support, and a strong operations and technical understanding of higher education student information systems
  • Proven ability to manage varied implementation methodologies
  • Proven experience in driving projects and implementations to a successful outcome
  • Skilled in leading teams including cross-functional teams
  • Experience documenting complex process and policies and procedures
  • Experience in designing and managing governance and support models
  • Responsive and ability to work flexible hours
  • Self-motivated and action oriented
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven ability to navigate large and complex organizations
  • Ability to obtain a US passport

 

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Experience working with Channel partners
