Primary responsibilities will include: 

• Researching, writing, editing, and proofreading content for documentation deliverables
• Applying the relevant templates, style structure guidelines, and standards to ensure uniformity of content
• Following established processes and using any tools needed for the job
• Being an active participant in Content Development team design and training sessions
• Being an active participant on multiple development Sprint teams
• Attending demonstrations, grooming sessions, and sprint planning sessions to absorb the necessary information to ensure that technically correct content can be created with a minimum amount of further discussion with Subject Matter Experts (SME)
• Delivering quality content on schedule that adheres to established processes and standards
• Working with Product Managers, Scrum Teams, and UX Teams on UI related tasks, including UI reviews

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

• Excellent technical writing and grammar skills
• At least 4 years of experience in content development
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to analyze and organize information from multiple sources
• Experience with Madcap Flare and Madcap product suite
• Experience with PDF editing and generation
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Takes accountability and is self-motivated

Preferred skills/qualifications:

• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git Source Management
• Experience with Microsoft Office product suite
