Vice President, Channel Partners

Remote - United Kingdom

Reporting directly to the SVP, the VP, Channel Partners manages the EMEA and APAC channel team that works closely with external Channel Partners as well as multiple internal clients (Sales, Finance, Contracts, Legal, and Marketing) to ensure that our sales teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Channel Partner Management

  • Designing and executing channel partner programs that drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and onboard new channel partners, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership
  • Executing initiatives via our channel partners that drive improved sales
  • Adjudicating disputes with partners and between partners

Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partner success, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress
  • Tracking performance business reviews with the partners to improve business results
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in channel sales performance

Team Leadership

  • Managing and leading the Channel Operations team in the EMEA and APAC regions
  • Providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members
  • Serving as the EMEA and APAC Channel Partner/Channel Operations representative on internal teams/committees to assist with new processes, system, and program rollouts

This role requires approximately 20% travel.

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
  • At least 15 years of sales operations experience
  • Proven experience in software partner management within the technology industry
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting sales, and expenses
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage projects
  • Strong analytical, data mapping, Power Point, and excel skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, report/dashboard development
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • MBA
