Anthology’s Digital Marketing and Demand Operations team works to combine information from all marketing core systems to enable real time data-driven decisions. As Demand Operations Manager, you will report to the Director, Demand Operations and your focus will be to lead the data management and reporting capabilities of our CRM, Salesforce, and Marketing Automation Platform, Eloqua.

You will help optimize lead qualification, lead scoring, nurturing, and the conversion of leads into sales opportunities. You will work closely with the global Marketing team to help develop, track, and improve the success of campaigns across the markets for Anthology.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing best practices to measure sales and marketing effectiveness, to help drive new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Testing, maintaining, and improving lead management, lead routing, and reporting efforts for Anthology’s Marketing team using different systems
• Working with the Marketing Data and Analytics team to optimize campaign lists, house lists, and segments in Anthology’s marketing automation system (Eloqua) and Anthology’s CRM (Salesforce) to strengthen campaign and engagement results
• Organizing and managing Salesforce campaign hierarchy
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives
• Supporting monthly and quarterly marketing reporting needs
• Working closely with internal and external teams, including the wider Marketing team, contractors, and external agencies
• Travel: approximately <10%

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience working with marketing and sales automation platforms such as Salesforce and Eloqua
• Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

Preferred skills/qualifications:

• Experience with marketing and sales automation in a B2B environment
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Power BI
